I'm not understanding why this took so long. I did send email asking when it would ship out and was told 2/17. I ordered it on 2/11. I had to ask because no comms were sent to me about anything. It didn't ship on 17th. I just received yesterday 3/1. Only comm I got was being shipped 2/25. Good prices but need to communicate with customers. I needed this unit for what I do and if they didn't have it in stock like they said they did they could have told me. I have had fairly good service in past.

Everything arrived in order, even a day early, and all components started up per instructions. Indoor readings looked appropriate however installation of the outdoor components at dusk on a rainy evening showed that the lithium battery held little charge and there was no sunlight to do so. I'll have to wait for sunrise to comment further.

Just received the Davis Vantage Pro2 this evening. Box appears to be in good shape. Will not be opened for a few days (Christmas).
The pricing was very good. My only suggestion is better communication concerning shipping and delivery. I had to reach out to your sales department to get an update on the expected delivery. The sales department was very prompt in getting back to me once I reached out to them.
All in in all I would purchase from Scientificsales again.

This site had the product I was looking for, a replacement for a weather station I've owned for a while. The price was good, which is one reason I purchased from SS. It was shipped very quickly which was great, and they used UPS, which means this company cares if you get what you ordered. My only complaint is there was absolutely no cushioning inside the box. No damage, fortunately.
