I received exactly what I ordered, the only point was when I did my payment, I used International shipping and could not have the answer if the customs fees were included. So till the last minute I was expecting extra cost. But finally I had nothing more to pay. Thank you.

The item arrive a little worse for the trip, the box was a bit tore up but all items were present. The price I paid was significantly cheaper than the Manufacturer direct. Time between order and shipment was very slow, 5 day to just get it out the door to UPS

Even with the all the shut downs and stay at home orders Scientific Sales got my order out in very reasonable time. I can't say that about UPS , the first item came in two days second item took almost 7 days. It was in transit for 5 days from NJ. Reason given ( bad weather ) what bad weather?
