Scope Surveyors did an excellent job for us when purchasing our house (Dec 24). Matthew was extremely thorough in both the survey and in the detailed report he shared with us after. It helped put our concerns at rest for the property purchase whilst making us aware of some items we would need to address going forwards- which really helps with budgeting!! Couldn’t ask for more and very happy with the service. Lots of great technical add ins too with the ability to send up a drone to look at the condition of the roof! Would highly recommend.

Received a large quote from a damp treatment company and wanted a second opinion. A friend recommended Matt and he was super knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the root cause and recommending treatment plans that would treat this, rather than an (expensive) bandaid fix I would have to re-do in a few years. 100% recommend and will be using him for any other work we need in the future!
