I've finally got the money back from…
I've finally got the money back from Scoresmatter, This was done through bank as Scoresmatter refuse to do that even though i closed that account months before, I wrote a letter noting i will be seeking legal action, They then went silent and ONLY on the day they recieved notice from bank asking them to explain why they took money from a closed account they immediately contacting me telling me saying they sent all the evidence the account wasn't close (when it was) They also urged me not to contact my bank anymore regard this dispute, I did contact my as i will not be told what to do by someone stole my money.
Scoresmatter is a company that is deceptive my bank has proven this as my dispute what upheld in my favor, i have advised my bank to block this merchate from my bank account, I would steer clear of Scoresmatter.
No I got the money back because you tried to syphon money from my bank after the "subscription" i cancelled over three months ago.....

Good Day, Thank you for your review. You are always welcome to speak to both us and your bank about any charges you would like to. Once a charge back or dispute is raised, we do find it best for customers to check on the dispute process with their bank as we are only able to provide the evidence the bank requests and the bank do make a final decision on any disputed charge and not us I am afraid. This is why you were asked, after raising a dispute, to speak with your bank about its outcome as it is not a process we have control over.
