A super little polytunnel at a very reasonable price. Many design flaws in my previous one (a different brand) have been addressed with the Growit. Sturdy zips on the two large offset windows as well as on both the doors (two doors! That was a nice surprise), buckles, not ties, to hold the doors up and another to keep the side flaps in place when the doors are open, Velcro to fasten the cover to the frame, extremely easy to assemble with spring clips to hold the poles and joints together (a single spanner needed for nine bolts with lock nuts for the horizontal braces only), sturdy frame components with a tough powder paint coating and pockets for ballast along the sides of the cover, which fits snugly over the frame.
Why only four stars? The packaging! Its box arrived with the bottom falling out and the top badly ripped. The poles were unsecured inside and rattling around against each other, and one end of most of the horizontal braces was deformed, presumably where the box had been roughly dropped. By some miracle, all the components were still there. What a shame to package such a good product so inadequately! Not sure about the function of the thin, sagging connecting rods between the roof arches, and the binding tape by the zips on the door is frayed in a few places where the tape has been joined, snagging the zips, but overall I am delighted with it, the thought and care put into its design lifts the spirits. And it was quickly delivered. Highly recommend!
