Attend tonight's event at the Montrose Playhouse—what a fantastic night! This was my first experience, and it won’t be my last. Every case was intriguing, and with the way the slides were presented, you never knew what was coming next! I was disappointed it had to end. If you have the opportunity to attend, I would highly recommend going.

I’m a huge crime/murder documentary fan, but I never really understood the legal side. The insight and information provided really explained how things work and what is required for certain convictions.

Thank you for a fantastic evening—I look forward to coming back!

Lindsay was great at answering questions and the case studies were really interesting! Would recommend to anyone with an interest in law. Would definitely go to a Scots Law talk again.

We saw The Guilty Act Scots Law talk which was very well delivered. Very respectful speaker. Effective use of audience interaction. Left the talk knowing more than when we arrived. Would recommend and we will attend another Scots Law talk.

A v interesting concept but some weaknesses in execution - eg some odd wording on the slides & lack of clarity in questions. Would benefit from some proof-reading to make it more professional.

We really weren't sure what to expect going into the event but honestly it was great.

I loved the audience participation aspect and how it encouraged discussions among the group, but also that there was no pressure to speak in front of the group if you didn't feel comfortable doing so.

It was really insightful and engaging from the very beginning and everyone involved was so lovely, friendly and clearly very passionate.

Great events Scotslaw Talks , I have attended several events and each time have learned so much . It really is great fun and very interactive but also hearing others perspective on the cases .
This initiative is superbly presented by Lyndsay and Marc and whilst giving volunteers an opportunity to support too.
Amazing something new at each event which captures you and takes you into a different dimension and mind set 🙏☺️
