Great to view and amend online

Appalling company when it comes to transfering your pension. Over a month and still not done. Spoke to Arron last week who advised would be received within 3 to 5 working days ...no. called today only to be told that that was rubbish he had said and the transfer hadn't been actioned as they needed another form. I explained as I had to Arron that a second form had been sent which Adam confirmed had been received. Hence the pension being sorted within 3 to 5 working days. Amy today confirmed that it had been received and would escalate it. Complaint raised. So please avoid this company as all you get is lies

Had a pension which I did not know I had, which had been transfered from Canada Life. They contacted me to let me know and the withdrawel only took a month for everything to complete and get the pay out.

Just appalling! Instructions don't match what is required. I had to make choices that did not match what I was actually doing as the choices needed did not exist. Staff advice is incorrect. Log in produces anomalous results. Locks out. For me, one of the worst website log in experiences ever.

The ease arranging the investment portfolios and staff communication is excellant.

Fund investment is varied and easily managed.

Accessing funds is very straight forward.
Highly recommended.

I initially looked at Scottish Friendly as I had seen it had received awards for providing best Junior ISAs. It was easy to apply and it’s even easier to keep track on my child’s account. I have just made another account for my eldest, and will be creating a 3rd for my middle child. Would highly recommend! App is very simple to navigate!

Easy to setup and navigate. The one time I needed to speak to someone I got through to a very helpful, good English speaking chap who was very helpful. If you're looking to save with a plan you can use the calculator to see where your savings will be and when. I would recommend saving with Scottish Freindly.

I’ve not used any other features, but looking at the app, I don’t foresee it being an app that is difficult to navigate

Online set up was really simple and straightforward

I paid into the critical health care insurance policy for years assured Scottish Friendly would be there for me when needed. I had a heart attack which led ultimately to needing to give up a well paid job. My claim was rejected due to a very narrow policy conditions I deem unfair. I met one condition being heart muscle damage (Troponin blood test) but I did not have an ECG which showed it - my type of heart attack (even though medically it qualifies as a heart attack) does not show it. The exclusion is on technical grounds and the lack of ECG change DOES NOT RULE OUT A HEART ATTACK. People should be forewarned that this insurer does not provide fair service
