I ordered a personalised phone case for my wife's new phone.waited 9 days for it to be delivered eventually only to find not compatible with wireless charging because of the backing.to charge you would have to take out of the case everytime to charge wirelessly. Not told of this

Your order was delivered within the estimated timeframe provided when the order was placed. At the time of purchase, the delivery estimate shown on our website was Saturday 23rd May to Wednesday 27th May. These dates were extended slightly due to the bank holiday, as Royal Mail does not operate on bank holidays. Your order was successfully delivered on Tuesday 26th May, within the quoted timeframe.
Regarding wireless charging, our phone cases are not compatible with wireless charging due to their construction. This information is clearly stated on the product page in both the Product Information section and the FAQs to help customers make an informed purchase.

Stunning item! Super clear pictures on nice quality slate
Absolutely stunning item! Great quality slate & super clear pictures. Very easy to use site, with really fast delivery too. This was a surprise item for delivery to my daughter's work for her 40th. We literally had a night out on Saturday, I created the item on Sunday evening and it was delivered to her first thing Tuesday morning on her birthday!
Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back myself!

Your item is printed exactly as it’s designed using the live preview on our website. The placement of both images and text is fully controlled during this stage. By default, text appears in the centre, but this can easily be adjusted using the “reposition text” option to suit your preference.

Absolutely fantastic service from simple ordering process to very fast delivery.
I am really pleased with the picture of our dog Norman, it is a lovely quality print and the frame is of high quality too .
My son had a picture of his dog done by Scottsy and once I saw it I just had to have one of my dog too.
