Fantastic service! Great communication before hand, went above and beyond helping with the deconstruction of the item and turned up when they said they would. I can't rate this service highly enough.... Voir plus

Great free scrap service
I was looking to get rid of a broken electric cooker
I searched the net and got Scrap4Free number. I messaged my details and within 2 hours I had spoken to someone and the collection time was booked for the next day at 9am. The guys that came out were very polite and even asked if they should remove their shoes
I would definately recommend Scrap4Free to anyone. A great free service with very curtious and polite guys and extra quick service . 10 out of 10.

Ignored my multiple emails and didn't collect for 2 weeks
Experience was just awful beyond words. As soon as they deem you to not have enough 'value' in your scrap, you get put on a blacklist and basically nobody bothers to come collect.
They started ignoring my emails after promising to follow up, and my scrap has been left to just sit there.
Incredibly unprofessional service and I will never ever recommend.
UPDATE: there’s no value in your company so you don’t get my custom.

Réponse de Scrap4free
Hello Adam, You are correct if there is no value in the scrap then the collector will decline it. It is a free service based on if there is some value in the scrap metal or appliance. Apologies if this was not clear on the website. Thank you for your feedback
A professional
A professional, very efficient and overall excellent service from Black Dog Scrap. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, or in engaging them again myself. Many thanks!
