Screen Doctor Avis 

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro screen from this company.

After installation, a hairline defect became visible immediately once the screen was powered on. This was not visible prior to fitting. Because of this, I removed the screen and reinstalled my original one. During removal, a small edge fracture occurred, which I acknowledged from the beginning.

Despite this, the company concluded that the edge damage caused the defect and refused any responsibility. This ignores the key point: the defect was observed first, and the removal (which caused the edge damage) happened because of that defect.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered:

A paid repair
Or to purchase another screen with a partial discount

Both options place the cost back onto the customer for a disputed faulty product.

I made multiple attempts to resolve this fairly:

Returned the screen for inspection
Provided a consistent and transparent timeline
Offered a goodwill contribution to settle the matter
Attempted further contact to resolve the issue

All of this was declined, and further communication stopped.

What stands out clearly:

No accountability for a product showing a defect after installation
Immediate assumption of customer fault
No balanced or fair dispute resolution
Lack of follow-up engagement once challenged

I understand this is a small business, but the price paid is comparable to larger retailers, and the expectation of fair treatment remains the same.

If you are considering this company or buying a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro screen replacement, be aware that in case of a dispute, you may not receive a replacement or refund.

Whenever I use a company that I’ve never used before (particularly online), I’m always apprehensive. However, In this case I shouldn’t have been as I'm very impressed. Great communication, excellent service and really good value for money. They completed a very professional replacement of my wife’s apple watch screen. It’s like brand new and you would never know the screen has been replaced. I highly recommend these guys and it goes without saying I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

The speed of the pickup, repair and return was fantastic

I had a cracked screen and was told by apple that it was better to replace the device at £600. I spoke to the screen doctor and he talked me through the process. And that they use genuine Apple screens. Turns out I only needed to replace the glass so I sent it away and it was done and back in 3 days, and saved a fortune!
