Fast service & reliable & great quality product.

One of the products I received was nearly out of date , I got a letter saying the expiry date had been extended but even including this the expiry of the product is in 30 days not what you want in a medicine.

Very fast and efficient service. Once your script is issued it’s with you within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Efficient with regular updates so you know what's going. App is easy to use and staff I was in contact with were fantastic.

I simply don't have the time or inclination to shop around and listen to misguided opinions on which clinic is best etc from people who may well be in different circumstances to myself. I found the whole process painless and with the freedom to choose my doctor, who offered sage advice in an unbiased manner and actually listen to me, I very quickly had medicine delivered and was able to easily manage my entire prescription experience all in one place.

Everything went smoothly. We were kept up to date with every step of the prescribing process via the app. Information about current prescriptions is conveniently in one place, as is information about the prescriber. We have yet to reorder but that looks straight forward as well. Helpful app.

Great system, really easy to use and a good selection of available products. Also, the processing time is really impressive.

Quite a few teething problems at the start hence the loss of one star. I was already a patient of the clinic when they changed over to script assist so it was all new for the clinic staff as well. But, I have to say now the problems are ironed out it seems to be a really good app for its purpose, and delivery has always been next day which I can't fault either.

The labels are so faint and getting fainter all the time. Have requested new labels as I can’t read the dosage

The company is very efficient. Communication is excellent and you are kept updated on each stage of the buying process. They promptly respond to emails and advise you where possible.

If I was to be picky, I would say that whilst you can contact your doctor through the app, it's not the doctor who always comes back to you. A pharmacist replies and helps with your query. If they can't, they forward the message to the doctor for you. That's fine, it just needs to be made clearer unless I'm missing something.

However, overall it's a very good company
