Let me start by saying out of all the sites I play scrooge is the only one I feel like I can win from. The games are so diverse and there's so many that you'll never get bored. Plus on the top of that the customer service is too notch and they payouts are incredibly fast. OH AND THEY HAVE PENNY SLOTSSSSS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have three categories when I think of what I want to play at a certain time. One is slots, the second is live dealers (texas hold 'em / Funky Time, and last is how fast / getting paid instantly. I have more than 5 casinos I can think of for each. Scrooge tops one category - it's the casino I go to play Funky Time/Crazy Time, and also a few others occasionally. Other praiseworthy oddities: They are, to my knowledge, the only casino to offer penny slots to people betting SC/ST, which makes it a hell of a lot more fun to play and spend time on some of your favorite slots you come to like after a while... and #2 - They actually pay when they say they are going to pay you. If you think about redeeming at your fav. certain casinos, I bet it's kind of a toss-up and usually pretty random when you finally get the funds posted to your account. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.

Scrooge is the only online casino that I've played that has legit penny slots. Almost all the same great games on other platforms but you can bet as low as a penny per spin and that's not playing just 1 line but it plays the same as if you were to be betting more. I was a little leary at first about getting my payout. After winning and trying to redeem they requested other documents so of course I thought the worse. Patience is a virtue. Scrooge went from the best to the worst over night, they will pay small redemptions but if you try to redeem anything in or over the 1000's range immediately they are going to ask for receipts and pictures of ever card you have ever used and lots of additional information which shows you right there that they are looking for any reason not to pay you

My fiance and i play on several online casinos, ( we have been together for over 10 years), we both love gaming online, that being said some casinos have problems with you logging in from the same computer or purchasing coin packages with eachothers debit cards, that being said when it occurs immediately your account will be locked and you will have to message support and they will give you a warning and will Let you play again, but some casinos are not petty and do not care
So now heres my scrooge incident
So ive been playing on scrooge for a little over a year and i was also a active member in this family vault thing they have, i loved it, we wanted to start streaming for them and the vault loved the idea, i had never reslly won that much on there but was still eager to play chasing my first big win, and then came late night laying in bed i won almost $8000, i was so happy and speachless and could not believe and i just knew i was gonna get this money because i had never had a problem with scrooge and believe in them 100 %, im not one to brag but my fiance wanted to show our other vault members thst you can win big playing at scrooge on lower bets

The heart break
I tried to cash it out and immediately they rejected it but i had no worries because i felt like i had not did anything wrong, so they asked for all this additional stuff and still i wasnt not worried, so i think this was about a 2 week thing of emailing back and forth and they responded very slowly like every 2 to 3 days and i had sent over 60 pictures/screenshots (during this process i won another $6000 and now i have over $11,000 on my account)to finally get an email back saying that i have been blocked due to violating terms and conditions

This broke my heart, so i go read the terms and conditions and sometimes they can be hard to understand and lots of jump straight in to playing and we never read "the boring stuff" right? Well what i think happen was that i made a purchase with his card on my account, but we also have each others names on our cards as authorized users, like a joint account on a few but not all yet, and i think that was why they banned me, my thing is tho why was this never a problem over the matter of the year and it wasnt a problem from them taking my money and small redemptions was never a problem and were supposed to be a vault member/family, i just feel like i should have gotten a warning way before hand instead of win i won a life changing amount of money, they knew i sent everything and it was all legit but they did not want to pay me and i reached out to the owner and he also ignored me, they were not willing to work with me at all, like i said they couldnt even tell me what term and service i violated
