Update: received my order today, however it was missing part of the order. I had ordered 2 of the Christmas three pack. I got the red and green ones but not the white ones. The package came from some business and it was inLos Angeles.

Same as everyone else, I fell for the scam, thought these would be nice addition to the basket for my girlfriends for Christmas. Ordered 12/9 and haven't received product. updated on 12/20 that they are shipped but nothing since then. I have emailed 2x and called the non-working ph# in FL. Lesson learned.

I’ve never received my items. Have emailed numerous times, no response. SCAM!

I ordered four scrubbys as stocking stuffer gifts, and still have not received them. When I tried to track it, it is on a Chinese website and says it’s unable to track my shipment when I translate it. From reading below this is obviously a scam and wish I would have come here first. I will take another posters advice, and report them to the FTC.

Wish I would have came here 1st & read all the reviews. Thought this would be a neat Christmas gift for everyone & have not received it yet. Even paid for the priority shipping. Did not even know it until I went to try & track it for shipping that it was coming from China. Still no updates since 12-20-25, have even emailed Scrubbies nothing!

Horrible experience. Placed order over a month & a half ago for holiday gifts & still no shipment received. Looks like shipment is still in China!! Requested a refund today but will be shocked if I ever receive it.

Like everyone else, I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase! First of all, it took forever to receive the scrubbies because they came from China. Second, I was signed up for a "membership," and I was being charged $29.99 a month! By the time I figured it out, I had been charged several times. In looking at their customer portal, when I purchased the scrubbies, I was given a "trial period" which was one month. After that, I was automatically put on a renewable "membership." What a crock!

Update: Received my order over 30 days after placing and being charged. Also heard back from what appears to be the "CEO" Michael Komajda letting me know they do not accept returns (yes, they do say they have a 30 day return policy but the fine print says beauty care products are excluded...as in the only thing they sell).

Like other reviewers, I fell for this scam after clicking on the false advertisements allowed by #Meta on #Instagram and #Facebook during the Christmas season. With the Florida “front” during the ordering process and the fact that they use the #Shopify app there was no reason not to believe the 7-12 days advertised shipping until the scam was revealed with the #Chinese tracking info over two weeks later. File a complaint with the #FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and click on the 3 dots on Meta platforms to “report ad” to prevent them from being able to continue to prey on shoppers there. #Discover will help me recoup my money but would prefer fraud to have repercussions.

I ordered some stuff from this company... or so called company... back on December 2, 2025. I spent $92.95 as of today I still have not received what I ordered. I told my husband to contact our bank to stop payment. I think this company is a scam. When I checked tracking it was written in Chinese.

This is clearly a scam!!! I ordered Dec 3rd.
Received an email on Dec 17th about a shipping update that was in Chinese. Will most certainly never receive the order! No response to emails. Scammed out of $40.
Not sure how people sleep at night when they steal from people!!! Karma……

Yeah, this is a scam. I didn't notice till after I purchased, but the product images are AI! They aren't even consistent across the different colors!

Do not order from this company! It appears to be a scam! I placed an order Dec 2nd, my card was processed, and there have been no updates to a delivery and I can’t get in touch with anyone to check on my order by email or phone.

Never received my order. Customer service has never responded.

I wouldn't even consider it a 1 star. Like all tge other comments on here. Don't do it! I guess I'll just cou t as a loss & be thankful it wasn't anymore than what I spent. Ordered Dec 4th & nothing & no response to tge 3 messages I've already sent. Beyond disappointed, but they obviously don't care !

Complete scam. Been waiting for even an update to my order since Dec 6. Tracking number is not found as of today 12-18.

Like other recent posters I bought from Scrubbies.co (should've recognized the web address as fishy) received a confirmation link and order shipped link via email and both went to a weird website "17Track" that required Google to translate Chinese characters to English and resulted in no ability to actually track my order... disputed my transaction with my credit card company today after reading previous reviews here. DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS THEY'RE A SCAM SITE WITH NO PLAN TO DELIVER PRODUCT.

Similar to the other reviews, I ordered products for Christmas. Ordered on December 9th and now its the 16th. The Chinese tracking number I got hasn’t shown any movement of my order. Their site states 24/7 customer support. This is not true. I emailed them numerous times inquiring about my order and received no response. I called the number multiple times with no answer. The number seems to be out of Florida but the Shop app has a different Florida number listed along with a Michigan address. This is a scam site. DO NOT ORDER! I contacted my bank about the charge and they refunded the money pending an investigation

The number seems to be out of Florida but the Shop app has a different Florida number listed along with a MI address that is just some house. This is a scam site. Do not order. I disputed the charge with my bank and they almost immediately refunded the money due to how quickly their investigation went.
