It’s been 3 weeks
It’s been 3 weeks. I get an email my order was shipped, then delayed & only 1 item is shipped. I still don’t have my order. Not a great first time order !!!!!
Not sure I’d order again & will pass this along to the company I work for!

Good but room for improvement.
The embroidery looks great, the scrubs were good. I am irritated with the long delay in time of order to when they finally came. I also would have liked to have a third party payment option given that I am a veteran, and the VA was paying for my scrubs.

My scrubs came as expected
My scrubs came as expected! It was super easy to make my order and delivery was very quick. I would just make sure the tracking information could be tracked if possible since I wasn’t able to track the order, but that might just be a USPS issue.

Inaccurate delivery date
Inaccurate delivery date. Order arrived weeks after it was supposed to with minimal updates. Didn’t even ship until AFTER the given delivery dates. Ridiculously long process.

only approved vendor through my job, selection is very limited which means everything is on back order. even the few things i've found that actually were in stock still took almost a month to receive.

Sizes not consistent
Sizes not consistent, a 3x is smaller than 2x, a 3x is so big it's like wearing a dress. According to your size chart and me measuring myself 2x SHOULD fit me well but 2 of the tops ordered were way to small. Tired of ordering scrubs According to company size chart and hardly anything fitting right. Couple of the tops material very cheap, didn't wash well. Usually can wash/dry and hang with no wrinkles but 2 of the shirts had to be ironed.

There are a few pieces that don't fit…
There are a few pieces that don't fit right . I ordered the same size for all pieces but i guess if they are from a different manufacturers there may be slight style cut differences. I would like information to return those pieces that don't fit well and select better options.
