Be careful with this shop!
I have ordered two IBM 26K5826 146GB 15 K U320 SCSI HDDs in November 2023, which I never received. First questionsable delivery attempt with DPD. Second questionable attempt with UPS. There were electronical announcements in both cases, but the physical handin to the two parcel service companies by the SCSISHOP failed. After lots of questions, answers and data exchange via email, I was offered a partial refund of the GBP 298 which I once had payed by credit card. But (even in September) 2025, I still haven't received this partial refund so far. Therefore, be careful if you want to do business with this shop!!!

Well thank you for the considered review if not slightly incorrect. This was an order from 2023 and the review is being written now ? If you remember the delay was your company not responding to import and custom related charges. This went on for quite a while and despite several emails and calls to you to advise, it was instead decided to ignore all correspondence. You were made aware, as everyone is, that you do have to pay import duty charges. We even sent out the order twice and sent a partial refund, despite not having the first shipment back.
This was all concluded at the time, and until now, we have not heard anything from you direct. Bizarre review policy.

The seller has since got in touch with us and provided excellent customer service in resolving the issue.

I have made an order for 2 hdd , i send several email, i try to call them 20 times no answer , the money was been tooked , ane nothing delivered... i think thia site its a scam!!!

Andrei apologies you had to cancel this order. We did keep you up to date with emails especially the delay with these items. I don't think we had 20 telephone calls but you are right, we should have responded to your voicemail so sincere apologies for that. I understand that you do now have a full refund, so hope everything is all good your end.
