I absolutely love the cozy bed and socks; my pets enjoy them, and the non-slip feature is great!

Do not order from this company !
I ordered a dress which looked stylish and elegant, feeling secure because website says can be refunded.
The dress arrived looking like a RAG, nothing like the picture !
After several emails the most they would offer was £4 in compensation, no refund.
I threw it in the bin, and resolved never to order from foreign unknown websites ever again.

This is a warning for anybody, got to admit I was tempted by their Facebook blurb!, if you are brave enough to purchase an item from them consider this.
1 the order will take weeks to arrive.
2 they will send you numerous "shipping package updated status" alerts.
3 even when you finally take delivery of your order they will continue to send you "shipping package updated status" messages!
4 even after contacting them, numerous occasions they still continue with their email messages.
5 AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS if you value your peace of mind!

If I could give MINUS stars .....

Its a con of a company.. DO NOT buy anything from them! Misleading ads & you do not see the REAL detail until item arrives....

I too would have preferred to give this company zero stars. I purchased two bras which took nearly four weeks to arrive. They were not as described on their advertisement or on their webpage. They were supposed to be unpadded and underwired with cross support at the sides - they had none of these features. Also, I ordered 36C - the bras only measured 24-26 inches right across, with tiny cups. I said I wished to return them and receive a full refund.
They insisted they had sent the right bras and offered me £3. They cost £16.34. I persisted and they increased it to £6. I continued to email but they kept said that I had what I ordered, they are definitely not what I ordered!!
DO NOT CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

I didn’t want to give this company one star but I had to so that I could write a review. I ordered a bra that took weeks to arrive, when it did it was much smaller than the size that I ordered both around the body and cup size , it was also very poor quality and it was damaged, I contacted them to ask for a refund and to send it back but they said it would cost more to send it back, they offered me a discount of £2 I paid £15.58 for the bra in total that I cannot wear or sell on because it’s damaged, I have persistently emailed, and they said that I have what I ordered It’s not!! but they seem to think that this is acceptable . It’s much too small and is damaged. I’ve asked for a full refund and I said if they send me a prepaid return post label I will send it back, but they persist on saying that this is what I ordered ! After many emails, they then offered me £4 discount. I do not want a discount. I want my money back. I urge people not to buy from this site. I do believe it’s a scam
