Seal Skin Covers Avis 

Just received the top of the line cover for my SL. The fit is terrible. The amazon cover for half the price fit like a glove, just ripped. The material is fine and what I had expected for a better rip protection given the california sun, but the very loose fit makes it look like a tarp, and one that will blow off in a small wind storm. Disappointed. Ordered another one from another company with higher hopes that it is more form fitting.

Cover fits super loose, and has been nothing but a headache. It constantly blows off and I'm having to chase it through the yard. It's not very old and it has holes everywhere and the uv rays turned it from blue to blotchy Grey. Customer service is a joke and just trys to pry more money out of you for a product that isnt anything like they advertised. Ill elaborate since I received this cover I've reached out multiple times. When it didn't fit I reached out to be told, oh we sent you a product that doesn't fit? We're going to need 50 dollars, oh your cover is torn and faded within a year? Well just send us 50 more dollars. I purchased the top teir cover and received Customer service and satisfaction that I wouldn't wish on an enemy. Customer's shouldn't be responsible to pay for their research and development or restocking fees on a warranty when it's advertised as a cover made specifically to fit your vehicle and keep it dry through the storms. My classic Corvette is the real victim in all this when my only intention was to keep it safe and dry, I might as well have just left the targa top off with the level of protection this cover provides. If your policies require your customer to pay for your mistakes you shouldn't even have a business to begin with. Just buy a tarp, at least then you might not spend 200 plus just to be steaming mad everytime it rains or the wind happens to blow. Genuinely should be against the law sell a faulty product and not stand by your work when you have the audacity to put lifetime warranty all over the website, ads and packaging. Either sell your warranty separately or warn your customers the warranty isnt included in the purchase price and youll be getting wraked over the coals for more money if you have any issue. If you buy one of these covers be sure to have extra money to spend on it when the first one you get is junk and noone on the customer service team wants to right a wrong their company created.

I bought a cover for my air conditioner and one for my grill. Excellent product, have faith these will last! I loved the measurement part of the app.

Cover is not water proof one rain storm and the foot wells on my jet ski were full of water.

It's not a very thick car cover. Dirt gets in anyway. Not sure it will protect against hail either. Look elsewhere for sure!

Purchased the Seal Skin Supreme Truck Covers × 1 SSC-PMS-stg for 2008 Silverado Crew Cab. This cover did not fit the cab at all. Looks terrible and nothing like the photo that is posted on their website. I called the number thinking maybe they sent me the wrong item when they told me no it’s an approximate fit and they could send something else as long is it was “unused”. Well I already threw it over my truck and it got dirt on the inside back area from the tail pipe so no refunds.
Definitely would NOT recommend paying premium prices for this “generic fit” cover. *** They are not custom cut to your vehicle, and grouped by profile. ***

I thought these were waterproof. And after 2 days of rain the car is completely wet underneath the cover. It doesn’t even fit the car it overlaps tire and rest on the floor about 2 foot on each side. I would never buy or recommend your product to anyone. You can only get me one time. You can look up my name Joseph Ramos on your end of the transaction and see what happened.

I needed a new cover for my Telescope. I sent the measurements and Sealskin delivered the perfect fit. Not to mention the Lifetime warranty.

The product is not functional due to a serious design flaw. It holds water in the back of the truck because it isn't designed correctly even though I purchased one for the correct model. They need to redesign the structure. The material is great.

Andy was able to answer my questions promptly and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. The package was shipped quickly and the experience was flawless.

The cover does not really fit well. It is not wide enough on the cab to account for the mirrors even when folded in. There is no antenna hole, and the antenna would require the cowling to be removed to remove the antenna. So I had to guess as to where the hole should go and of course it was wrong. Now there is a tear around the hole. The patch for making a hole does not really work. Over all not sure it is worth the price.

The cover is a good cover, BUT when it comes to a warranty issue, this place fails badly, first the warranty is not free, it cost 85 bucks to get a warranty replacement, then 3 week wait to get it, then they ship the wrong cover, they drag there feet for another week, and as of this writing, which is 4 weeks later, still do not have the replacement cover, They have a very large book of excuses, So be prepared for alot of BS to get a replacement, I could have just ordered another one, and had it faster, sorry excuse of a company

I rate 4 star so far as I've just started using my seal skin supreme cover.It seems to fit well and thickness and quality seem good for price point will be reposting another review later after fully giving the cover a full run through test but once again so far fit is on par and like the cable lock only complaint I have is it's kinda a pain to try and take off and get back into the bag...
