Friendly, Relaxed Conversation
Andi answered all my questions in a relaxed, friendly conversation. This was the first boat cover I’d ever purchased, so I had a lot of questions about fit, durability, value, and warranty. I felt comfortable in my buying decision. I also inquired about discounts, and Andi was able to find the best offer available at the time. Very pleased with the entire buying experience, and especially with the knowledgeable, no-pressure customer service.
