The seal stop saves on overflowing buckets so it is definitely worth purchasing. Just a wee tip if you are using it with a collapsable hose best to wrap hose around as the pressure of the water tips... Voir plus

A British made, auto shut-off device for filling buckets and containers. SealStop is a water saving device that attaches to a standard size hosepipe, the valve sits on the edge of your bucket or container, once the water reaches a certain level the valve will automatically shut off the water supply. Think of it like a portable ballcock but instead of a lever we use a hydraulic pressure which is much more reliable. No more water wastage, no more damage to property or unnecessary costs. Love it so easy I will definitely…
Love it so easy I will definitely buying another one for the horses turnout paddocks. It’s so easy to use. You can just put it in the bucket and walk away without stressing the water will have flooded the place. Plus no more breaking my back lifting heavy buckets. Well done brilliant product!

I really really wanted this to work-…
I really really wanted this to work- but it hasn’t.I assume my tap hasn’t got sufficient pressure although it’s straight from the mains. Back to hose lock and standing over my buckets. Can you make a low pressure adapter??

Hi Julie, sorry to hear this, you should have reached out and I could have given you some advice. If you are straight from the mains you should have enough water pressure, have you tried it elsewhere where the water pressure is better, just to ensure there isn't a manufacturing fault? Without seeing it my other advice to try would be to loosen the top thread slightly to see if this will allow the flow of water, keep an eye on it as too loose and the diagram won't cut off so water won't stop. Great product can fill water tub in far field and get on with other jobs without watching g over it or over filling if just left.

Its designed to work on mains water pressure or a water pressure above 0.5 bar. If you have been using it from an IBC etc there won't be enough pressure unfortunately. We are looking to develop a product that can work with extremely low pressure as we would love to promote water harvesting. I will take your feedback onboard and make sure it's more obvious on the website regarding water pressure. Thank you for taking the time out to write a review

Has this device got WRAS approval
Has this device got WRAS approval? Placing it in an animal drinking trough with just a mechanical backflow prevention has me wondering. It is a great device just intrigued about WRAS approval.

Sealstop is a great useful product
I bought a sealstop earlier this year and it has been a great help. Not having to wait at water buckets or risk forgetting to turn the tap off is incredibly useful.

Thank you for your kind review. I agree it can be tight in some containers this is something I was disappointed with as we use containers daily on our farm. It's to do with the plastic shrinkage rate during manufacturing some are a few mms bigger, I'm hoping this can be rectified for the next batch. Happy to hear how useful you are finding your valve and thank you for supporting our business
Senior moment saver
Really useful gadget for filling my water butt.I can leave it to fill whilst I’m doing other jobs,having a cup of tea and forgetting I’ve left the hose pipe running,then returning to find no flooding and no water wastage.Magic!

Works well. One comment - when used in 20 litre plastic containers because of its length it stops the water when 3/4 full. Maybe make it a bit shorter?

With regards to the filling capacity of the container the stopping level is dependent on your water pressure. We are looking into way to make the stopping level adjustable to combat this. When we have a workable prototype we would love it if you would like to try it out. Thanks for choosing our product.
