I was disappointed in the charges. $650.00 to start plus per click charges. Who can afford that?

Spent close to $5600 over the course of two months, of which advertising was around $2900 to create micro-sites for landing pages and advertise on google and bing via PPC only. The campaign was unsuccessful, conversion rate per lead averaged at around $487 as shown on my Searchkings Dashboard. Their AI service was grading scam calls as 5 Star calls, even though I kept submitting call reports, it was still happening. I made them aware of the fact and kept communicating with my ads manager, but they were not very responsive. I waited the 2 week window and 1 month window as recommended, to no avail. Nothing changed and the money was spent on very few leads that were in my opinion not well vetted. I kept asking what ad words they used, just kept getting a lot of lip service from them. After purchasing, my initial contact was non-responsive and offered no help. Because you don't get access to your ads account with their service, you have no actual analytics besides what they are willing to share with you on their own dashboard. I would not recommend this company after my experience with them.

Initially, my engagement with Search Kings was promising. I presented them with a detailed and complex campaign, and through numerous discussions, they instilled in me a high level of confidence in realizing my vision. We dedicated over a month to meticulously crafting the campaign before its scheduled "launch," with me providing an exhaustive breakdown of my business operations to prime us for success.

However, on the launch day, when I requested access to my campaign, I was met with a surprising "we don't do that," a policy previously undisclosed to me. Nonetheless, I decided to focus on the potential success of the campaign, overlooking this concern.

Regrettably, the campaign’s initial week proved to be a financial drain. I was assured this was part of the optimization process, so I remained patient. Yet after another costly week with no tangible results and continued assurances of "tweaking," my trust in Search Kings started to falter—there was no sign of the promised gradual improvement.

This prompted me to explore other providers, and their astonishment upon learning about my restricted access to my own campaign was telling. Without mincing words, while Search Kings may be proficient in marketing their services through Google Ads, my experience suggests that outcomes may vary greatly for their clients. For those considering Search Kings, I would advise caution and perhaps suggest seeking a local provider for a more transparent and collaborative marketing partnership.

At first there was to many people involved ....outsourced all over the world...finally when I got my campaign manager it was better however the lead quality was still bad....and being charge for leads that didn't pertain to your campaign were rampant and never seen the so called credits for all the calls we were charged for. Just terminated campaign will stick to organic for now after last expireince.

We decided to try Search Kings after we had a bad experience with a local SEO company in Webster Groves, MO called Digital Strike. They never got back to our request and seem very unprofessional. We aren’t about to spend 2x our budget for half the conversions. Search Kings was the remedy we were looking for. Our spending went way down and our conversions went way up. We highly recommend you try Search Kings.

We at Mr Rooter tried out search kings At first they were great but in a short time they started to move us around to other reps, and the new reps were terrible. After one request to be with or original sales rep and I was contacted by the VP of the company and he actually told me to go else where, Gladly Mr VP my money is green
i wish i could give them zero stars.

Did work with them and it was not a great experince. The customer service was OK and the atitute mostly was very helpful. The probelm was they did not deliver any reults. So I spend about $750 on ads with maybe 1 or 2 leads and a few calls. Thats it.

Yaz Sinan is always kind and very helpful and he has the patience to help people like me who are not very tech savy!
