Terrible customer service. This site is fraud. I received a broken part but I can't return it. You cannot call them or chat with anyone. I called my bank to collect my money. Do not waste your time and money.

I ordered a replacement part for my water softener and was promised delivery in 4 days. Instead, I waited 11 days for a part that I urgently needed. There was poor communication when I contacted Sears Parts Direct to inquire about the status of my order and to request compensation for the late delivery. I would not recommend Sears Parts Direct to anyone and will never use this source again for needed parts.

OEM schematic ensued proper part could be ordered. Easy checkout, fast shipping and delivery.

This appears to essentially be a drop-shipping company run by an AI bot. Ordered a part for a washer that apparently isn't in stock with the supplier. Two weeks later, it hasn't shipped and there is no customer support available. Just a chat bot that promises updates and never provides them. Good luck.

They charged my card and said they would send me update when shipped, its been one month and no part, said its backordered. Tried to get refund but talked in circles with chatbot DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I disputed it with Chase and luckily getting recourse bc Chase is backcharging them and so I get a refund from Chase. They should be blacklisted by credit card companies

This is a legitimate is scam. I place an order on 6/24/2026 and they canceled it the same day. Today is Aug 14,2026 no one to talk to get my refund or resolve my transaction. This AI bullshit repeating the same thing over and over. So BE AWARE find some other place to get your parts not Sears parts Direct.

These parts are the real deal. Bought some on Amazon that lasted 6 months. These are a much higher quality material. The originals lasted 15 years, not sure if these will last that long but I expect they will last a long time. I also like the instruction video that shows you how to easily replace the parts.

SCAM. As mentioned by so many others (check BBB), all parts are listed "In Stock". I ordered the part and 4 days later was told by AI that it's been forwarded to parts supplier. Parts supplier will not have it until November.
The only support is AI. No phone. Stay away from this site. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered a part for my dish washer on July 22,2026. Upon placing order the order confirmation stated that expedited arrival was July 23, 2026.
After no part on July 28, 2026 I requested an update on the whereabouts of the part. Then repeated the request on July 31, 2026 with no response either time other than AI messages that stated I need to wait 2 or three business days for an update via email. So far I have not received an email in response of any of my messages.
I will update this if and when I receive a response.

Exact fit replacement for the original. Durable and good quality.

No customer service available! I placed an order on May 7th, 2026 and email stated I can view order status in 24 - 48 hours. When I checked back status showed "Preparing to Ship". I began checking again about a week later and nothing changed on Order Status. I attempted to get an update and was advised I'd receive an email in 2-3 days. Never received an email from them and requested status multiple times over the next two months. The AI Assistant is useless and there's no customer service phone number anywhere on their site.

Today is July 22nd. I ordered a lawn tractor part on May 31.

It did not ship, and around June 15, the order status changed to no longer available. Credit will automatically be issued for this part. To this day, no credit has been issued. There is no way to get a real person to talk or text with.

I sent emails, and so far the responses are: Thank you for contacting us regarding your concerns with your recent order W980518 from searspartsdirect.com. We do appreciate your feedback. We have escalated the issue to our escalation team for a refund for the part 53219****. You will be notified once we receive an update on the refund.

Kindly allow some more time.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing Sears.

7/24/2026 update - Finally after multiple Emails the refund was issued with apology. It should not have been so hard.

I decided to order from Sears instead of Amazon out of nostalgia. I looked up a part for my dishwasher.

The delivery date said July 8th - two days. Fine.

I ordered, was charged, then later got a text saying it would be delayed until July 20th - too long for me.

I asked the Chatbot to cancel my order and it said it was canceled. I went to a local brick and mortar appliance parts shop and surprisingly got the same part for a lower price.

Today, July 9th, the Sears package arrived! So, Sears has done nothing but create a mess for me - they are eating my time with this. I went to their website to do a return, and apparently I now also have to eat the shipping.

I called, was put on hold for 12 minutes, then a robot said they couldn't take my call at this time - call back later.

Really absurd.

Perfect fit, arrived in 36 hours.

I needed a filter cage and float for my perfectly fine Craftsman 16-gallon shop vac. I found SearsPartsDirect and the necessary parts were in stock. I got nervous and concerned when the status didn’t change from PROCESSING to shipped. I was glad and surprised when the parts arrived ON TIME. The site needs to invest in its AI-driven process but I am a happy and satisfied customer

Ordered item, cancelled a couple hours later, 10 hours later they shipped it. Charging shipping cost and return cost. No human to speak to.

I get the feeling this is not a legitimate company but rather a scam company. There is no way I have found to contact anyone actual person, their online chat is only AI. And even though on their website says there are many high rated reviews, since there is no way to write a review on their website points once again to be a fraudulent company.

Ordered on Wednesday, given a delivery date of Monday. Had the part in my hand by Friday, so didn't even have to wait the weekend to fix my dryer. Shipping was fast, great communication/updates on my package. Very pleased with the item I purchased, which was reasonably priced compared to other stores, and much less expensive than hiring someone to fix it.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Placed an order on June 8 and was confirmed for shipment on June 9. A week later I asked for a status update, but was only able to connect to a Chat Bot, no phone number to call. The bot said I'd get a response in 3 days - never happened. Tried again and same result. Finally found a backdoor into their call center and asked for order cancellation 2 weeks after placing order. The operator said they'd put a "request" in to cancel it - couldn't cancel it right then. They said I'll get a response in a couple days. Absolutely terrible!

Sears sucks...no phone ...no reply on all emails sent out to you so you cant ask a question....no service exist....pure ai shit
