You guys finally got it right. I need to talk to a service manager regarding the previous service diagnostic results and charges.

The price of this item was a little bit lower than other places. I also received the item less than 24 hours after I ordered it, which was amazing! If I ever need another part in the future, I'll definitely order from them. A+++ experience!

We have a Kenmore refrigerator over 30 years old. It has gone through two boys and two old farts and it is still functioning. It is a tribute to the Sears of the days of old. We miss Sears, but it is what it is. The easy use of your website to locate parts that keep the Kenmore working.

The only issue I may have is the price for the filter replacements. The last time I purchased one it was $49! Now almost $80.00.

I needed to replace drip pans in my Hotpoint electric stove. I had purchased universal sized drip pans from Lowe’s, but they didn’t allow the burners to sit correctly on top of the pans. Even altering the pans didn’t work. I ordered these pans from Sears PartsDirect and they fit perfectly.

Replacement ice maker arrived quickly. It was a perfect match and installation was simple. New ice maker works perfectly. Fairly priced OEM part.
