Good service particularly in stocking "odd" or hard to get parts - fair price in parts and P&P
- could have done with delivery a wee bit quicker, but that's more my own particular requirement

Excellent service
I used them to purchase some screws and a drill bit. They were great as they offer small quantities, so I didn't need to buy surplus. I had a problem with the drill bit breaking but they replaced it immediately. Excellent service!

This company is an absolute gem of a find. I've been using them for quite a few years now and they are unbeatable for their range of stainless steel woodscrews. In particular, they are more or less the only place where I can find traditional screws in stainless - by which I mean old style with a decent length of unthreaded dowel section at the top of the screw. I despise the modern trend for fully threaded screws - they are not a patch on the traditional form. They are also a sensible price. What's not to like?
