I recently ordered deck furniture and in fairness a couple of days after I made the order I was told by the company that the items were not on stock. It did not state out of stock on their website and had I been made aware of this at the time I made the order I probably would not have paid them. However, I decided to be patient as they stated it would be 10 days. After several weeks I emailed them asking where my order was. I received no reply, but later that evening I received an automated email informing me my order had been posted. When I expressed my disappointment that they appeared to have only posted my order when I reminded them it was denied, saying my items had only arrived from Italy that day. My response was that it was an amazing coincidence. No apologies were sent and that’s what rubs the wrong way. There appears to be a complete lack of transparency and I’ve lost trust in them.

Excellent - really good value and really quick delivery. Bought a seat pedestal and seat that would have been twice the price anywhere else.

Made two online orders recently and both were fulfilled accurately and dispatched quickly. Couldn't ask for more.

Three weeks after a very simple online order, sending a follow-up email and raising a dispute with PayPal, I am still waiting to hear from them, let alone receive my order, which I have cancelled. Their website contact form doesn’t work either.

I suspect they have Covid-related problems. If this is the case, they should say so on their website, instead of pretending that it’s online business as usual.

They’ve always been quite slow at fulfilling orders compared to their (often less expensive) competitors but this is a different order of magnitude.

Excellent for sourcing small quantities of screws, nuts, bolts etc, especially stainless for marine use. Very good website: easy to find exactly what you need. With fewer chandleries remaining, it is encouraging to know that companies like Seascrew are taking up the supply of small quantities of items. OK, you pay more (admin & postage), but still less than petrol to drive somewhere to find they haven't got what you want.

I was after some parts that I couldn't find on the website. When I phoned them, although they couldn't supply exactly what I needed they explained how I could order the component parts (and gave me the part numbers) to make up what I needed myself.
