If you order for a specific car model I think it's reasonable to expect them to be,at least,a reasonable fit. Obviously not,the seat part is way too big with no consideration for the seat belt holder... Voir plus

My go-to for quality seat covers.
Second time I have used this company and very impressed with the products, they are always incredible quality and exactly what I was looking for.
Customer service is prompt and professional, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the last time I ordered a product it took quite a while to arrive. However, after enquiring they apologised, informed me they were having some issues due to the pandemic and kept me informed throughout the process.

Covers arrived and hooks snapped immediately before we were able to fit. Chased 5 times for a replacement part, nothing sent despite several promises. Product was not good quality and replacement has not been sent. AVOID.

Karoq seat covers
The covers are good quality, are easy to use and fit snugly.
The delivery took way longer than was originally suggested and my enquiries as to why this was the case could have easily been avoided by a timely email. Obviously covid has had an impact, so just tell customers a more realistic delivery time.
The staff however are very nice and as far as I can tell after minimal use the covers are promisingly good.

Excellent quality heavy duty seat covers, would have no problem recommending them.
Good help with queries prior to ordering.
Lengthy wait for product to be delivered and could improve on communicating delivery times.

Very poor fit.
If you order for a specific car model I think it's reasonable to expect them to be,at least,a reasonable fit. Obviously not,the seat part is way too big with no consideration for the seat belt holder position. Also the backrest securing strap fell off the first time of use. All in all a pretty lousy experience. My advice,just buy a universal cover for half the price.

After ordering and paying for Royal…
After ordering and paying for Royal Mail to deliver I have nothing not even a tracking number, And been told back log at Royal Mail aithough all of my parcels with Royal Mail have arrived. Not good service so if you pay postage why no tracking number. PS.. my order apparently was sent out on 9/12/20.
Very unhappy customer was a Christmas present😡😡

Had hoped for a better fit
The seat covers are very robust. However the fit is not great and you cannot get to the seat adjustment levers so not sure they are specifically made to fit but more of a hybrid for an SUV size seat.
For the money I had hoped for better. I am sure they will outlast my ownership of the vehicle as long as I can put up with the loose fit.
