I booked in advance two tickets paying 188 euro and then I discover that one week later all the tickets would be sold at only 10 euro for adults and 5 for children, I write to ask for a partially cash back due to the special offer but they denied due to the not refund policy. I asked at least to have an upgrade instead they go ahead buying tickets in the same place and in the worst place, the first row with the mirror in front where the visibility is really limitated.
Never and never again.
