Very displeased!
I contacted this company to take photos of my proposal at Captiva Island. They were NOT AT ALL CLEAR about the pricing over the phone. They sent an email with the link to the pricing. I run three companies and get a lot of emails, I wish I could read all of them. I paid for an hour of their time to take the photos. I was under the impression that price included the photographer’s time and the photos. I was wrong! Finally, THREE - FOUR weeks later, I received an email that my photos were ready to be viewed. Once I reviewed the email, I found that I had to pay close to $1500 if I wanted all of my digital photos and a photo book (on top of the hour photo shoot). But good news, if I wanted only 10 digital photos, I can pay $400! I am completely lost for words. I do not know how a company can get by charging these prices, it is insane! I would have gladly choose a different company. As you can see, I am not the only customer who experienced issues. It is very unfortunate because they are nice people.
