Do not have your time wasted like me. I moved around my agenda to accommodate a 45 minute window that worked for Koorosh Beigian, and he cancelled the meeting twenty minutes before it started.

His questionnaire has a section where you must check that you will “100%” be able to make the scheduled time, but he clearly does not extend his clients the same courtesy.

I hope this review allows some others to avoid having their valuable time wasted.

The Second Element living program is fantastic, intensive program that takes a methodical approach to building a sustainable, long term process to continuous self-improvement. By the end of the program, one emerges out with a process to improve self-confidence and build a personal brand based on identifying personality types and strengths. The Enneagram personality type analysis helps identify the root cause of what ever is holding back leaders from reaching their full potential. The program identifies the "sweet spot' of what to focus on to grow the career. Koorosh has brought his executive experience and his knowledge of personality types to help potential leaders identify their sweet spots. The structure of the program and Koorosh's experience make this a program that will deliver excellent results, for anyone that is fully committed!

This course was one of the best that coached me on all the important aspects of leadership. Not something I have learned in other leadership course. It’s practical, Koorosh is an experienced high profile leader who can coach and teach and mentor accurately. Highly recommend the course.

I was a bit skeptical when I joined the course as I wasn't sure if a transformation is even possible. One common advice thats commonly doled out is to understand yourself better but it's rarely explained how to go about it. Koorosh provides a very clear way to understand your personality strengths and weakness which was very insightful. The program is well thought through and builds every aspect of your personality necessary to become and executive. Koorosh does a very good job of not only explaining the what also the why of every step. Overall, am glad I did this course. This is a good transformational course and obviously you need to put in the work to get benefits.

A lifeline in a complete bureaucratic corporate world. I was confused, between cross-roads and with so many questions.
This course gave me an understanding of my leadership style based on my personality type and helped me to understand my strengths, blind spots and my happy place!
