They deducted money from my bank account without informing me long after I was using their service. Beware they are robbers. I thought it was a good service when I was using it.

Second Nature Insurance Company is pure trash. I was told by second Nature and also provided written response. They finally uploaded my rental agreement. On February 2nd I received an email from Atrium Mgmt and now I do not have rental insurance. What I am trying to wrap my mind around is How can you have insurance and accepted by Nature Insurance and now that’s not good. When you talk to the property management all I get attitude along with a table spoon of Nasty

This is the biggest scam to renters I have ever seen. Thanks for making me pay an additional fee for things I was already getting. It is so fun. I'm so glad I have to pay for my landlord to have homeowners insurance and for your crappy filter delivery, and to have my credit go up 3 points, and to have identity protection I already had through my bank for free. Plus more! Like paying for my rental company to have a portal for me to pay rent that they already had before you existed. Thank you for moving my utilities over to the house I've been living in for 5 years. Oh wait, you didn't. I did. Because I already lived here and it also takes 5 minutes to do that. You claim you make people want to stay. I'm arguing it's the exact opposite.
My allergies are WORSE now!!
I was sold on the fact that their filters picked up more pollen, dust and pet dander - all of which at least one person in our household are allergic to. After a full YEAR of the Second Nature filter subscription, all of our allergies are WORSE! I found out these are the same guys that ran Filter Easy which was also terrible. I guess that’s why they changed their name.
Absolutely awful experience dealing…
Absolutely awful experience dealing with them. All I was trying to do is prove that I have insurance and it has required me to submit documentation 4-5 times to them denying it for uncommunicated reasons. I meet all requirements for the renting company and prior to them using Second Nature there was no problems.
This is such a garbage company
This is such a garbage company! It's almost the next next year's cycle and only 2 of the 10 months so far have we received our air filters. We've been paying the $35 a month on top of our rent which we can NOT opt out of. They are cheap crap filters that I'm unable to use. I've asked my rental company for a higher rated filter because of a recent surgery and nothing. I guess no filters is the cheapest option. And don't reply with "please contact us" because there's MULTIPLE attempts since last year to try and get this corrected!!

Late shipping caused delivery issue. Secondnature refuse to take responsibility and just cancel our subscription instead. Customer service is just rude.

Hello I live in Florida and I have a renter's benefit package through your business. I have one question it says that QBE Insurance is the renters insurance through this package. During research on this renters insurance I discovered that QBE does not cover renters insurance in Florida! I'm curious if you have any answers for this? Thank you for your time

Scam- Resident Benefits Package
The Resident Benefits Package (RBP by Second Nature) they offer for property management companies to charge tenants is a complete scam. All of the "benefits" are basic expectations of a landlord or property management company that they'll charge you a $50 monthly fee for. Also, the master renters insurance policy is NOT an individual renters insurance policy -- do not be fooled and make sure you have individual coverage!

Sent the wrong filter and refused to correct it
This was genuinely the worst customer service I've ever recieved. After receiving the incorrect filter I emailed back and forth with support, and eventually they just stopped responding. So I called and was told they were rushing me a replacement. Weeks later when nothing happened I called again and was told the same thing. This time I was shipped the same incorrect filter. Called again and was told they were contacting quality and would call me back. Never received a call back. Finally I called again, cancelled all services and was refunded. So for those keeping score that's three times I was flat out ignored on the same issue. Save yourself the trouble and order from Amazon. Could've gotten the same filter $15 cheaper and without 2 months of hassle.

I just find out this company charge me 3 times already when I cancel everything from them 8 months ago because I never received not even one filter that’s why I cancel it from the beginning so I’m out almost $150.00 hope my credit card company came get some or all my money back what a bunch of thieves!!!!!!

Customer support is a joke. They don't email you before shipments are made so I emailed in to get it canceled right after I was emailed about it being shipped and they responded with this.
"Thanks for reaching out. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical."

Perfect way to get your filters
Have been using Second Nature for several years for furnace filters and have now added refrigerator filters. Love that I never have to remember to pick up filters. Really appreciate I can set how often I want them. Prices are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
