They deducted money from my bank account without informing me long after I was using their service. Beware they are robbers. I thought it was a good service when I was using it.

I just needed to replace the air…
I just needed to replace the air handler portion of our HVAC unit. The new equipment came with a factory filter. The HVAC installers recommended that I continue to use my Second Nature filter as it is a much better filter and better for the system. Good value for the price and comes on-time for regular replacement.
I love this reliable company!
I’m so glad that we signed up with Second Nature because it takes the guess work out of remembering when I last changed my filter. We have been with them for at least 8 years and they are so reliable and when I call I speak with a live person, when I email it is quickly answered which makes me feel valued.

Remembering to change filters timely and often enough has always been a struggle for me. This company takes all the stress and guess work out of it! When the filters automatically arrive, they get changed out. Simple.

Second Nature is a no brainer
Second Nature is a no brainer. I save money-the price of my odd size filter in comparison to buying at a box store, the shipments are timely and it’s an easy way to remember to change my filters which will extend the life of our HVAC .
Great way to ensure I change the filters on time
It’s been a good experience and helps us stay on top of getting the air filters changed. So for that I wholeheartedly give four stars. We are still forming an opinion on the new style of the filters.

Bait and Switch
Signed up and got my first air filter. It was a "normal" filter. The second filter I received, however, was anything but normal. It arrived in a small package and was folded up in quarters. This "folded" filter was thin, flimsy, and didn't fit properly. In fact, you could hear the air whistling as it was going around it. I had to replace it almost immediately. Their customer service did not respond, although I did see on their web-site that I could go back to my original filter. Why should I have to do that? I agreed to purchase a certain type of product from them and then they just changed it without my consent. Lesson learned; subscription cancelled; moving on.

Cancel Scam
I started using this company when they were filter easy. Normal service like the others that were out there. They changed their name to second natural and then put in a price increase of $3 per filter. No thank you. I went through the cancel process and after clicking on cancel, it asked me why I was canceling. I didn't feel like I had to say, so I didn't. Well 3 months later I get a filter. Come to find out, if you don't answer their question, they don't cancel your subscription. I did it the second time and they sent me another filter. I finally got it canceled. I informed CS of the issue with the canceling process but instead of trying to make me a happy customer, they just explained how high of a cost shipping was and there was nothing they would do as for as a refund.
So instead of a happy customer, I'm here to inform others that this is how they treat their customers. So hope it was worth the $20 you saved Second Natural.

Forced to pay for something I don't even get!
I wish I could say that I 'voluntarily' got to sign up for this service, but I didn't. This was FORCED on us by our rental company and so now I pay even more than I did buying my own filters and have NEVER received the correct amount of filters for my home! Not since day one! But do I get a refund? No! I've just been able to throw my hard earned money out the window EVERY month, as I cannot pay my rent unless I pay for THIS air filter service first, despite NEVER getting what I pay for!

Was a big fan of their service
Was a big fan of their service, but they no longer meet my expectations.
1) Filters were not shipped at agreed upon time. My most recent two air filter and last refrigerator filter was shipped over a week past the agreed upon time.
2) I question the quality. They used to ship the filter in plastic wrap. They have since sent w/o wrapping and had a message included that it was by choice due to environmental stances and cost savings. Maybe that is partly true. But a rep of there told me due to supply chain issues, they are receiving filters and cutting the filters to size at their location. Thus makes sense why there is no wrapping.
All in all, I no longer trusted that I was receiving the convenience that I paid for. So I canceled.

I love not having to think about when…
I love not having to think about when to replace my furnace filter or when I need to buy more. The filter literally just shows up at my door and when I get it, I swap it out!

I recently upgraded filters
I recently upgraded filters. I changed to the best A/C filter they sell, merv13. I have received two of these upgraded filters and they are not as thick or good as the middle filter merv 10 I have used for years. Going back to the cheaper filter.
Service was good until it wasn’t
Service was always good and easy to set up subscription, recently I was sent the wrong size air filter. I had to send a message three separate times to get any sort of response. They apologized for the inconvenience and stated they would send a replacement. I thought great, but quickly was disappointed because they didn’t expedite the replacement air filter. We’re on subscription to receive our air filter every two months. I received the replacement a month after finally getting a response from a rep, but was still charged in full. I provided a review directly to second nature through the email asking for feedback, but still never heard back from anyone. This leaves me thinking that they just want the money over customer satisfaction. I’m currently shopping around for alternative service.

Service started out great and has…
Service started out great and has slowly declined. We are going on 2 months without our filters being delivered. We are set up for monthly delivery. Never received our September filters and now we are almost out of October and still no filters. There is zero way to actually talk to someone to address issues over the phone. They have no problem charging my credit card monthly though.

They automatically send them every 30 days so that is 1 less thing I have to worry about.
It automatically comes out of my account every month and they send me what i need every month on time.
Very happy with the service and would recommend them to other people
The filters that they provide are as good if not better than what you have to go buy in the stores.
They are shipped directly to my home every month without me having to remember and run to the store to get them
