They sent me the wrong book entirely and never responded to multiple requests for a refund! Infuriating and I have now contested the charges.

It takes too long to get the books
It takes too long to get the books. The tracking constantly says your item was picked up on a certain date and the ln it doesn’t have any updates for a long time. Maybe they should try to use a different shipping partner other than USPS.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a good experience with my first order. Last order was a fiasco. Two books never arrived and three were not in "good" condition. I've been going in circles for about a month with their "customer service." They will ask for photos, I send, and then they ghost. Try reaching out again, they asked for photos. Repeat. On the missing books, they said they would file a claim. Ghosted. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Won't order again
First order was ok - a couple of books were in borderline condition. Second order through Abebooks has been frustrating. I'm missing an item which hasn't been acknowledged and I received an item I didn't order and I'm trying to return it. The customer service has been pitiful. I was considering selling some books to them, but will not after this experience.
