Great customer service, beautiful arrangement for my house

I was thrilled when I received my beautiful flowers from Secret Blooms. My flowers were exactly what I’d hoped for! Without doubt, one of my best buys ever! Not only was the arrangement full but it also looked real. My only disappointment was with delivery. While Secret Blooms packaging is beautifully and carefully engineered so the flowers are not damaged and are easily removed from the packaging, it’s a pity Australia Post weren’t so careful as the box was very damaged. Lucky for me the damage was only to two flowers.

Very fast delivery. Happy with service, excellent packaging. Though I was expecting more of life-life Flowers with the price.

I am thrilled to bits with all five arrangements that I have purchased (Blushing Ava, Moody Kate, Jodie, Trudi and Gemma). My gorgeous blooms have given my brand new house the sophisticated designer touch and it now looks stunning!

The quality and size of the blooms are the best I’ve ever seen! Secret Blooms you’ve won my heart!

‘Blushing Ava’ in particular is exquisite as up close you can tell each blossom has been handmade with love and care. From afar however, the arrangement looks as though the magnolias have been freshly picked from the garden. All of my blooms are incredibly life like.

I have three arrangements on display, the other two that I’m yet to receive will be stored carefully in the linen cupboard so that I can periodically change the display and freshen the look of my house.
