I was getting constant spam, and some accounts even had my old addresses saved. Used the cleanup tool and found over 30 old logins still tied to my email. I deleted most of them and have already noticed a decrease in spam emails.

Used the data leak check just out of curiosity… and wow. My primary email had been exposed in like four different leaks. It showed me the sites, the dates, and what kind of data was involved. That part freaked me out a bit. I updated my passwords right after and deleted accounts I don’t use anymore. It’s stuff I’ve ignored for years and finally dealt with in 10 minutes.
