Secure Smart Locks Ltd Avis

Very professional, nice person, fixed our lock door very fast

Excellent service from Mirek, his response was quick and came out on the day I booked. Very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to contact him again in the future. Highly recommended.

Very friendly very polite! Door would not unlock at all on either side. Needed a new lock while the door was locked shut. Not an issue for Mirek. This job was done in no time and i will recommend him to everyone! Thank you for your help!

Mirek attended my home and opened a door in no time at all, with no damage or remedial works required
I would recommend his services and score him 10 out of 10

Very trustworthy, fast, and great communication

I unfortunately had the front door key snap in the lock as I was going to leave the house last week. As I was locked in rather than locked out I was able to use my back door instead but still needed a locksmith to come and have a look within a few days.
I have never needed a locksmith before and was wary about what company I could trust with my home
security.
Mirek had received good reviews so I gave him a call directly using the mobile number on his website and a friendly voice answered very quickly. I explained the problem and organised a time for the Monday for him to come out and have a look and he gave me an estimate for the part and labour.
Mirek turned up punctually, explained what he did at every stage, fixed the problem without actually needing any parts, the labour was exactly what he had quoted and I was offered an invoice (although I didn’t actually need one as it was a simple job and I was happy with the work, but I appreciated that it was offered without me having to ask).
I am very happy to say that if I needed a locksmith again Mirek is the one I would call, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone (as a woman who was home on her own when the work was done I think it is important to be able to trust your workmen so I am happy to be able to recommend Mirek for the work he did).

Very friendly, was able to get booked in as soon as I wanted. Mirek kept me posted on accurate arrival times. Great service would definitely recommend

He did an amazing job it was quick and efficient, he worked around my schedule to make sure he could come out quickly. He got us to check that it felt better as well and even stayed extra to make sure it was a longer term fix

Absolutely brilliant service!
Mirek was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated every step of the way. They replaced the gearbox quickly and efficiently, and were really flexible - fitting us in at a time that suited our schedule. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Secure Smart Locks Ltd enough. Had front door lock changed and uPVC window handle and lock replaced. Mirek turned up at the agreed time, completed the job within less than an hour in a professional and clean manner. Overall the service received was outstanding. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you, Mirek!

I contacted Mirek after seeing his reviews. Although not an emergency he turned up within the hour. The job wasn’t as straightforward as I’d first thought but Mirek worked through the problems and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Quick response. Very professional and friendly service. Good fix and a reasonable and clear price.
Highly recommended.

Locked myself out on a Sunday. Merik was readily available to help. Came around mine in less than 30 minutes. And he was able to help me gain re-entry in less than 2 minutes. His price was very decent despite being a Sunday. Super guy!

I was having problems locking my front door today and I panicked but then I remembered of Mirack as he had done before excellent jobs on my other doors locks and I contacted him. He did not hesitate to come over and was here in less than an hour and did a superb job as always. I definitely recommend him for any lock services and door issues. Thank you so much.

Mirek responded quickly and managed to resolve our problem with consideration to our budget.

Polite and helpful man who explained what was wrong and what he could do. Did the job which no one else had corrected on an old door with lots of previous screw holes. Thanks Mirek.

Excellent service! Mirek arrived on time, explained all the options for the various locks then did the installations , tested and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Would highly recommend him - professional and reasonable prices !

Mirek provided a brilliant service and communicated with me brilliantly about what he was doing and why! Great 😊

Mirek is a star! My key broke off in the lock, he was there within 20 minutes and had me back in my flat in another 5. Very friendly and professional as well. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Excellent service by Mirek. I would highly recommend him. Great work at a reasonable price. He knows his stuff and wil explain what has gone wrong with your lock or door. Our mechanism had broken and he sorted this very quickly - replacement. More than happy to get him again if needed. Just call him if you have a problem. Smashing service. Can't fault him. I called him on a Sunday and he came out straight away.
