Always letting you know about products and getting supplies is second to none service they call once a month to ask what you need and it is delivered to your door asap
If you don’t get on with certain items they’re always willing to try and solve the issue with other products

Upon my original stoma bag being discontinued,I was very disappointed after using the same one for 25 years ,without any problems . Securicare provided, upon my request, samples of different stoma bags ,and then I was able to ordered the one that I required . This was delivered to me within a few days .
