Seedbank Avis 

I mistakenly order the wrong seeds, but when I emailed support and explained the situation they told me to pick the ones I wanted and they would change it . They bent over backwards to make my mistake right. I can’t say enough about the service! I now have three of my critical kush seeds in veg and am exited to see how it goes!

I have used this company a couple of times. Deliveries are prompt. Items are discreetly shipped and sealed so that interception is unlikely. My last batch of 4 varieties had a germination rate of 95% and it is going nicely. Can't speak to this harvest but previous ones were acceptable.

Second order. Was happy with the first one as seven of the ten germinated and the plants grew without any problems. Hopefully the same thing happens with this batch. Was extremely pleased with the strain I ordered and reordered the same strain. Packaged differently this time and from another area of the country so we shall see if they are truly the same.

The seeds were a good price. Not much success with germination.( not my first time) I complained and they said they would send out more seeds. I thought that was great, but didnt send what I ordered. Seeing I medicate, and strains are important they sent 10 seeds I wont use! So I could of rated lower but I did not.

Been going plants for sometime now. Had an issue with the seeds I ordered from them not sprouting. Did a set of two with no results. Tried another two same thing.

Call customer service gave me the runaround. Gave me a discount coupon that didn’t apply to my Particular seeds .

I asked for a coupon for shipping to ease the pain. Nothing

I would think they would’ve replaced them but it was bad customer service throughout. They did reply in a few days after I emailed, but it was foolishness. I ended up buying it somewhere else.

Placed order and received seeds. That part was good. However, I started 3 seeds and 2 of them would not germinate. I was not happy with the amount of money I spent for them. I did contact seedbank and they offered to send me a coupon for my next purchase.

I purchased 5 seeds Invoice 357841. I only grow 2-3 plants from seed at a time The first two seeds have not germinated after 12 days in soil. Water/PH registered within range. Can I have these two seeds replaced?

Second order. Planted 5 out of 6 in the first order and all were successful! Second order arrived on-time and are for winter planting yet I expect germination to be similar to the first order; different seeds, variety is the spice of life. Would like to see variety packs.

Had very good results from seed bank seeds, everything is going strong and should be ready for harvest in a few weeks. Can't wait!! Thanks!

Package arrived opened. The seal of the package was terrible. Have bought from this bank twice. First order was missing a package, my last order had an open package. Will not be using this seedbank again. Still no return from customer service email that's been almost 48 hours.

I've utilized the services of seedbank.com numerous times over the years and every time the products and customer service have always exceeded my expectations. There is no other distributor that I would even consider using other then seedbank.com. Without a doubt seedbank.com is the best.

I had an issue with my order. Some of the seeds were not the correct ones that I ordered. They shipped me out the correct ones and let me keep the other ones free of charge. Great customer service. Will definitely order from them again
