Order placed was never delivered. Not happy with them. Their contact information is difficult to find. Don't order from them.

The order was not delivered and when charge was disputed, company claimed it was sent. Did not provide screenshot as requested of address. And within the order was two giant bulbs…hard to miss if it HAD been delivered. Do not do business with this company; I am telling family and friends to stay away!

No delivery of my bulbs after they wrote it was delivered. No such delivery per us mail. UPS. . I just seen the reviews and how negative they were. You can't reach them by phone. They dont respond to emails you really have to be detective to even locate any contact information

I ordered four giant acacia bulbs and they said they were delivered. I never received my order after more than one month. They had a funky tracking number so they answered my email. I said if it was delivered who was the delivery company? It wasn't the post office cuz I work for the post office. It wasn't UPS and it wasn't FedEx because that is not a tracking number for none of the companies and they could not provide that information so they lie. They pretend that your stuff gets delivered when and never was. They even said to check with my neighbors. I'm extremely friendly with all of my neighbors so if it was misdelivered they would have walked it over. It's a scam site, do not use it

I ordered dahlia bulbs and after over a month received two packs of seeds without instructions. I ordered four colors. I'm not sure what these seeds are! Don't spend your hard earned money with this company. I may have received seeds for weeds!

Paid for an order and they said I received it but nothing was outside my door. I will call my card company and get my money back but recommend never use this company!!

Do NOT ever purchase from this company. You will not get your merchandise or a refund. The first time you inquire about your order they will ask questions like, Have you checked your mailbox. If you make further inquires you won't even get a response . Save your money and hope elsewhere.

My order took an extreme amount of time and then was delivered to somewhere in Colorado (I live in Ohio). I talk numerous times on email, then they stopped talking to me. I left 4 voicemails (they will not answer the phone). Make sure to use some sort of buer protection because they will rip you off; thinking nobody will complain...I will.

Any time you see flowers or plants for sale in wild unusual, impossible colors...its a scam!

I ordered seeds and bulbs and expected the goods to be sent from the US and the website indicates US. However, when the envelope arrived, it was clearly from China and the packaging label didn't mention seeds or bulbs, but deceptively stated 'keychains' and 'miniature ornaments'. The envelope was empty because Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry opened the packaging and removed the items for destruction. They sent me the envelope with a letter and information to that effect.
If a company is selling such products to international customers, surely they know the Biosecurity Act 2015 regulations and would not accept orders from Australian customers.

Please do not order from this website on Facebook (Seedsw), this site is a fraud and will take your money and not respond to you or send you what you paid for. SCAM site.

I ordered iris rhizomes and never received them. Total scam. I was sent 2 small bags of seeds of something. I got the irises on seedsw on Facebook

Total scam. Ordered $47 worth of speciality irises. They sent really cheap bulbs worth like a dollar. When I contacted them with pictures they said I got what I ordered which is ridiculous. Iris are tubers not bulbs!

I placed an order on March 6,2026. When I checked the status of my order on March 21 it said it had been delivered 2 hours previously. I never received my order and my emails to the "contact us at" address have not been answered.
