Quality of hair is horrible

Quality of hair is horrible. It immediately matts up, worse than knots!! I really want to cry thinking of how much money I spent on this hair, then to have it installed and have this trash hair

I had a rush order!!!

I had a rush order for a client and ordered the wrong lengths.. 😫 I emailed the company after 12am and ask them for the correct lengths and was willing to take the cost difference loss however not only did they correct my order they refunded the difference! The hair quality is superb as well!!

Mediocre at best

This site is mediocre for I-tip extensions. The quality is mid-level, but the I-tip sizes were inconsistent and made some of the extensions unusable. Additionally, I purchased dark brown, and it's very, very red. The color of the hair is either mis-labeled or just incorrect, and it was a terrible match for my actual dark-brown color. I would not recommend buying here, personally.

Thank you for your honest feedback - I'm truly sorry that our I-Tip extensions did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the I-tip sizes: since each tip is hand-made, a few may occasionally be slightly larger than others. In those cases, using a slightly larger bead can help with installation. We hear your concern, and we will continue working to improve our quality control on this.
Regarding the color: dark brown can sometimes appear slightly different between straight and curly textures. Curly hair goes through a heat-setting process, which may deepen the color a bit. We do our best to show accurate colors in our product photos and videos, but we clearly fell short for you this time.

Our 100% human hair goes through a thorough sanitation and disinfection process to ensure it's clean, hygienic, and safe for use. This is a standard industry practice, and sometimes the treatment can leave a temporary scent - similar to how new extensions from many professional brands may have a mild odor upon opening.
The good news is that the smell is completely normal and typically fades after the first wash with a gentle shampoo and conditioner. Once the hair is washed and air-dried, the natural scent should be gone.

Hair never makes it on time

Hair never makes it on time. Customer service does not care if you had an appointment. They refuse to expedite shipping or reduce cost after they make you late. I have the email receipts. There is no point in lying saying there was no responses when I responded promptly multiple times. Own up to your delays and compensate your customers accordingly. That’s simply the right thing to do.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but I believe there may be some misunderstanding regarding your order #SEEWIG1982.

This was not a shipping delay - it was a processing time delay due to our company retreat. We clearly stated this in multiple places: next to the "Buy Now" button on our product page and in the Order Confirmation email. We apologize if this was overlooked when you placed your order on February 18.

To clarify: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. As stated, orders placed during our company retreat would begin processing on February 23, in the order they were received. Your order shipped on February 26.

We also expedited your shipping method at no cost to you — from standard shipping you chose (6–9 business days) to advanced shipping (4–5 business days). Your order was delivered on March 2. So it meets our promised shipping time.

During this time, I sent you two email updates regarding your order status. I received no reply, and at no point did you mention that you had an appointment or a tight schedule.

Had you reached out to let us know the order wouldn't arrive in time for your appointment, we would have been happy to cancel it for a full refund before shipping. Unfortunately, we never heard from you.

It was not an issue about shipping because you can find shipping status that your order was shipped on Jan 16 and arrived on Jan 19, which was within the timeframe of expedited shipping method.
It was an issue about order processing time. The hair you ordered required longer time to process as noted in our product page.

This “human hair” is the worst quality I have ever worked with! My client, who is an experienced extension wearer, had to take this out after only a week! The wefts themselves were thin and full of colorful yarn I had to go through and cut myself.

The hair you ordered is invisible weft hair so the weft line is thin but we have noted it on pages. It seems that you bought a wrong hair type? I am sorry.

Our quality experts have reviewed the case carefully. Our records show the hair was in consistent condition when shipped (I have shared images with you for reference via email). The changes described—tangling and uneven color in your photos—typically result from re-coloring or improper aftercare, which can damage pre-colored extensions.
As you know, typically pre-colored hair extensions are not recommended for further coloring, as this can significantly affect their integrity, lead to tangling, and shorten their lifespan.

Your order was delivered around Nov 14, 2025, and the concern was raised on Dec 31, 2025—well beyond our 30-day return window for unused items. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with a refund.

I have also emailed to you for this case. Please kindly check it for more details. Thanks.

BlackFridaySale Purchase not honored

Referred by my braider. I placed my order for 30inch double drawn human braiding hair 1B. I paid. I Received confirmation email and can see order as ordered online. I paid for express shipping. I took screenshot and pictures just because of bait and switch this time of year! I took out my old braids and hired braider. I received email asking for more money due to incorrect pricing on their end or an offer to cancel. This email price change attempt after all black friday bargins have ended! I am left scrambling in Dec!

I am so sorry for this technical issue about incorrect price of our Double Drawn hair. As talked with you, now I have cancelled your order and your payment authority of $355.9 in PayPal so you don't lose any penny on it.

I totally understand this was not a good experience. However, you might have also noticed that there is a relatively big price difference between Double Drawn hair and standard Non-Double Drawn hair.

This is not a thing about black friday sales as the order time has been Dec 1; it's just a rare technical issue on Double Double hair's price that we have never met. So we solved the issue once I noticed the incorrect price 7 hours after you placed the order and I have updated you about this as soon as I can because I wish this won't cause any inconvenience to you.

SEE WIG will be losing a lot on the incorrect pricing so we are not able to afford it especially when SEE WIG is still running its business at a very low profit now.

I have sent a $20 coupon to your account via email with coupon code; you may apply it next time if you wish. Hope this might make you feel a bit better.
