Amanda Vaillencourt was great very helpful and available when needed. One concern was there should be provided a truth in lending statement provided during application process to explain all costs. That would save sticker shock after the fact.

It was a pleasure working with you. Our only fees are the $399 document fee and the$249 title fee if we are handling your title work. Every state has different tax and title fees which are based on the unit you are purchasing so I'm sorry we cannot know what your fees are until we have you approved and are ready to proceed with paperwork. We do send you your final numbers before we proceed with paperwork - thanks

This experience was exceptional. Amanda and Grace were awesome. Thanks! I like how thorough everything was with the seller and me as the buyer. Everything went fast. Most companies only want you to buy from a dealer. There was no problem from them helping me buy from a private seller

From there, I just assumed you preferred email as your preferred communication style since that was how I received a response. I apologize if that was not the case. The zoom call is part of our fraud prevention policy and most clients prefer the face to face communication. Dissappointed in southeast financial…
Dissappointed in southeast financial because they advertise that they can get you approved on loans as long as you have a 575 credit score and I have a credit score closer to 700 and they still denied the loan and never notified me. I had to check back later on to find out and when i did it still showed the status as awaiting approval but when i scrolled to the bottom it said loan denied. I won't be doing business with them in the future and I am going to not recommend to anyone.

Truly couldnt have asked for an easier process!
I did a private party RV sale across state lines (Colorado to Florida) and it was no problem for SE Financial. Other lenders refused. But to them this was just another Tuesday. Fees are reasonable, communication was fantastic every step of the way, fast turn around, and they are meticulous about helping buyers and sellers avoid fraud!
