This dessert shop in Ponders End is an absolute gem. Their pistachio baklava is divine—perfectly crisp, rich, and indulgent. They offer an incredible variety of desserts, each better than the last. Th... Voir plus

While eating baklava, it's easy to tell that high-quality ingredients were used. Out of all the baklava shops I've tried, this one is by far the best! The layers in other places tend to be thicker and... Voir plus

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered for delivery, came within 3 days of ordering which is good. The Baklava inside was not as advertised. Online nowhere did it mention cheese. Half the order was cheese Baklava which is not to my or the recipients taste. The food had gone completely soggy, and disintegrated. There wasn’t one piece of Baklava that was actually edible. I did ask the company for a refund and they said no. Appalling customer service, they didn’t care that it hadn’t arrived in a good standard at all. I don’t feel they should be advertising order for delivery as clearly they aren’t ready for it. Will not be ordering again and do not recommend at all.

If they mix up your order don't expect a fix they don't care
The taste and quality was good, however the prices are steep for what it is to be honest (more than double Turkey prices) and they sent one of my orders wrong. When I wrote back they said sorry they are pretty much all same thing.... Which makes no sense so quite unprofessional, if they are all same shy have different prices for each right? Probably won't try again and order direct from Turkey
