My experience was okay was no communication I on the phone for a longer than expectedI had another appointment I couldn’t call me back because I be a long wait it like I got to answer on they time . Because if I don’t answer right away than it very difficult for return call them

Anne Dolmage was so wonderful, she explained everything to me so well. She made me I understood everything and she made sure to answer all my questions in such a patient manner. I was so pleased with her help with me for the 2 hours it took she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She is top tier customer service for sure!!!

It’s important to have DSS information and a clear decision as to what tools were used to conclude their determination/ decision.
I understood the representative buy in information, however it did not answer my concerns. I feel as if I was forced into making a quick judgement decision without all clear facts or other alternative to better choices.

They got my hopes up thinking I'm going…
They got my hopes up thinking I'm going to switch but was actually, denide it wasn't in time so. Why would call me and get my hopes up to switch when the enrollment period has ended. Then why wast my time for 45min
