I have had their program for 5 years now. They almost never pay their claims. When they do send somebody to evaluate the problems, they are almost always complete incompetents. that do everything possible to figure out how not to pay the claim. In addition, if you call today for help, you won't see anybody at your house for a week. God forbid you have a bad plumbing or air conditioning problem. My fridge died, they said part was too expensive that they would pay the value of the fridge $100 versus the cost to replace $1500.00 to $3000
