Avoid buying apple parts from SPOT! I placed order for parts to my ma on June 19, then I got a shipping notification on June 26. Now it's June 30 and UPS still have not received the package.

I asked a customer representative on the Chat when I will review the order, they say UPS will pick it up on July 4. when I said I want a explanation why it take 15 days for them to ship a part, I got the same "robot" responses about shipping time. When I say that I am not a satisfied customer, and that this wait time is not acceptable, they just say "I Wish you a happy day" and ended the chat.

This German company is so bad with very rude employees! Never going to buy from here again, I will rather pay more money to get it fixed on the Apple Store then to fix it myself with this garbage waiting times and rude employees.

Order is very late said 3-5 working days to ship a battery on their website so I ordered last Thursday on the 25th of April and the package got shipped 4 days after I placed the order I received tracking information about 2 days ago and I'd saying estimated delivery is a week from now on the 8th of may 2 whole weeks after I placed the order. Customer service wasn't helpful either. For an official supplier of parts for a company like Apple it's appalling

Self Service Repair is supposed to be a supplier of genuine Apple Mac parts in the US, and is listed at apple's self service page. This company also called SPOT charged my credit card, and also declined the order. In my memory, I have not dealt with a company that takes payment and does not fulfill the order.

Now I'm left holding the bag for 5-7 business days to see if the pending charge drops? And if it does not I will need to file a dispute with my credit card company? That sucks.
