Avoid buying apple parts from SPOT
Avoid buying apple parts from SPOT! I placed order for parts to my ma on June 19, then I got a shipping notification on June 26. Now it's June 30 and UPS still have not received the package.
I asked a customer representative on the Chat when I will review the order, they say UPS will pick it up on July 4. when I said I want a explanation why it take 15 days for them to ship a part, I got the same "robot" responses about shipping time. When I say that I am not a satisfied customer, and that this wait time is not acceptable, they just say "I Wish you a happy day" and ended the chat.
This German company is so bad with very rude employees! Never going to buy from here again, I will rather pay more money to get it fixed on the Apple Store then to fix it myself with this garbage waiting times and rude employees.
