Zero to closed in roughly three months
We came into Inner Circle this past February with no self-storage experience whatsoever. We closed our first storage deal in May. From zero to closed in roughly three months. But the bigger win isn’t the single deal — it is that we are now developing a repeatable system operations and acquisition system. We are not guessing anymore. We have a process for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating that we will carry into every deal going forward. The plan from here is to keep moving capital out of residential and into storage, and now we have both the tools and the network to do it.
