They also refused to refund the money which is what I'll define as a fraudulent company

Sellful is very robust and support is fast to respond.
I am in the business finance and credit industry and I wanted a White Label business software product to finance for my business customers who want to build there business credit and could use a software to run their business. I thought Sellful.com ERP would be a fit. I spoke with Rob (who may be the owner) and explained what I was looking to do and thought he understood.
I signed up for a free trial and wanted to make sure this would meet my objectives. I paid a $599 set up fee which I thought I needed to pay to actually onboard customers.
I thought the ERP's usability would be simple, but it turns out it wasn't. I could not understand how to simply set up sub-accounts. And instead of Support making a simple video screen recording other than the one in the system or troubleshoot with me in real time over the phone or chat, I keep getting unhelpful responses from Jacob via Support Ticket email.
My problem was not getting solved. Out of desperation, I asked outside people who are in the software space for help, that I was even not getting from the company itself.
I don't care how easy it appeared to them my problem was to resolved, if it's not fixed then find a way to help me instead of being dismissive and taking the "hands-off" approach.
Clearly, I wanted to do business by paying a set up fee, but apparently actually resolving my issue was not much of a priority. Basically, "you figure it out" attitude. In my point of view here is when some tech guys really fail at providing decent customer service. I told them I want to cancel. I want at least a portion of my set of fee back as a refund. They have a "strict no refund policy" according the Terms, but what have they actually set up? A copy of my Wordpress demo theme I paid for.
Then Rob to insulted me saying I'm the first personally not to be able to log into the sub account. I'm no tech guy, but I'm far from a dummy. And if it's that simple then simply show me. You want a happy customer or demean someone who has paid money and been unable to use this garbage product for over three weeks with customers in wait.
Buried in the Terms of Service it states you need to have immediate or advanced knowledge as in software developer proficiency to use this software. Rob knew very well what my goals were and could have made it plain and transparent upfront that this is not user friendly software for a person who is not a software developer. I was not trying to start a traditional software company. He knew that.
I am very proficient in using software, but Sellful has bugs in it as far as I'm concerned and is far from plug and play. It didn't have to be plug and play, but clearly their is something that could be improved upon. Also the add-ons are not that usable either and the overall layout is not that attractive.
After doing more research on ERPs, Sellful is not close to being one of the best. Additionally, their customer Service and Support leaves much to be desired.
Imagine if I would have had business clients trying to actually use the ERP software themselves when I can't even easily set up their accounts? It would have been a nightmare.
I paid $599 for them to simply copy a demo theme of my website and that's it. Sad thing is that I would have even provided a substantial per license fee for each business owner who signed up to make sure all works smoothly. Sellful doesn't even require this, but I just wanted a working business product for my goals. It could have been a hundreds of businesses per month and a great partnership. Now that's not happening.
From further review, I think many of the Sellful.com reviews on Capterra are not geniune, but I'll be heading there next.
