Sellmydrones Avis

I can only confirm what many others have said, Sell My Drones are excellent to deal with. Ron responds to emails within minutes and after accepting their quote for my drone combo the process was simple. Packed, sent off Royal Mail Special Delivery which arrived the next morning and after testing cash in my bank same afternoon including most of the postal cost. Customer service of this standard is lacking in many companies and others could learn a lot from this experience.

What can I say that hasn’t been said, I looked online to sell my drones found Sellmydrones. Read as many reviews and went for it. From the outset it was a fast and very efficient process. Ron was very quick to respond to my emails, gave me a good quote. I dispatched my drones via Royal Mail special delivery. Within two hours of him receiving my drones the monies were paid. Excellent service fast and friendly family business. Would highly recommend to anyone. If there was an option to give more stars I would. Anyone who is selling a drone please be safe in the knowledge that this is a real company and at the very top of the list. Ron and co, thank you so much.

Ron was very polite and responsive to my emails. Payment was made very soon after drone was received. Thanks!

What can I say, excellent service from Ron who was fast, clear and helpful. A 5 star review for a 5 star service.

Keep up the good work.
Regards.

I can't praise Ron & his business enough, having discovered it via his Facebook page. I had been trying to sell my DJI drone & accessories for some time via FB Marketplace, without success. I completed the online quote form, received a fair price reply on the same day. I added a couple of other items to the quote via email over the weekend & received same day replies, even on a Sunday. I sent the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, & on the day of receipt by Ron, he had emailed me within hours & credited the sale proceeds to my Paypal account. Ron couldn't have been more helpful, staying in touch all the way through the transaction via email. Highly recommended, & I would certainly use again if selling in future

Professional, friendly and honest. An absolute delight to deal with. Great communication. Having read the other reviews I don’t think there is much left to say. Would recommend, excellent service. Thank you Ron.

EXCELLENT TRANSACTION
Honest, reliable & friendly service from Ron at Sellmydrones.co.uk
An easy and safe way to sell my drone, helpful advice & they paid into my bank account within an hour of receiving my drone. I can definitely recommend this company as trustworthy.

The service and handling of everything was handled with professionalism and would recommend to all.

Ron was very easy to deal with, a rare mix of honesty and someone that did what they promised when they promised it. Don’t think you’ll get top dollar for your drone as you won’t, but it will be close enough to a fair price that you’ll take it

What can i say that hasn’t already been said…? This is honestly the BEST way to go if you intend to sell your drone quickly and efficiently, starting with a generous quote and almost instantaneous replies. I cannot give them enough credit from the way they handle everything. If you intend to sell your drones i cannot recommend this site enough!! I would normally never write a review and was under no obligation to make one but the seamlessness of my interaction would them would make me feel bad if others couldn’t hear my experience. if you are skeptical don’t be amazing service!! i even left my SD card in the drone and they shipped it off the next day.

Ron made the whole process so easy, and it was less than 24 hours between me sending the drone and receiving payment! Really excellent service

I was contacted by Ron who promptly provided me with a quote for my DJI Mavic 2 Pro Fly More Kit plus extra accessories.
First thing that struck me was the transparency and honesty in the first email. Explaining how he had
calculated and arrived at the price he was offering. That goes a long way to install trust when dealing with people you basically don't know!
2nd thing was the clear line of communication that was kept whilst waiting for him to receive my equipment. As soon as it landed, I was notified immediately and the assessment was done almost immediately and I was paid by direct transfer ( my choice) on the same day, right away!
Overall... a smooth and hassle free transaction from start to finish.
I was honest with the condition of my gear and that made it easy to manage expectations on both sides. Simplez!
Would I recommend Sell My Drones?
Absolutely... 100%!
And furthermore when it comes time to sell my DJI Mavic 3 Cine... I'll be going right back to them!

Thanks again Ron!

Ron has made the experience an absolute pleasure.

From start to finish all communication has been straightforward, fast and very clear.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their drone to do so here!

An A++ experience from start to finish.
I didn’t want the hassle of using eBay or gumtree , so looked elsewhere and I must point out was lucky to find sell my drones run by Ron,
The whole experience from contacting him to actually sending my drone off with Ron’s help was effortless.
He was a real pleasure to deal with , and from when my drone arrived within an hour or 2 money was transferred to my account, I can’t recommend him highly enough, if you want a fair price and a hassle free way of selling your drone then use Ron at sell my drones

Not actually done the deal yet, but so far Ron has been excellent to my queries…
I’m sure I will be writing another review at a later date..

A most helpful and efficient trader. A pleasure to do business with.

I upgraded to a DJI mini 3 Pro so was looking to sell my old Mavic Pro. Sellmydrones are very easy to deal with. Always prompt responses to queries and kept me informed with progress from start to finish. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

A very quick and easy service for which I was offered a very reasonable price. I was going to sell my drone on eBay but glad I opted for sellmydrones as it was hassle free, and the money was in my account very quickly!

Given a quick and fair price for an old drone, fast and hassle free sale - funds were in my account the same day the drone was received and checked.

Fantastic customer service, my first email was answered within 5 minutes and extremely helpful and friendly, helped set up shipping so it would get to me when I was at home to receive it and packed well to protect my purchase.
10/10 experience!
