Just be careful.
Despite they asked me my passport copy, they denied my United MileagePlus miles trading for cash. They asked all kinds of questions including security questions and password, plus a copy of passport.
Then they said that they could not verify the identity.
I am using United MileagePlus credit card for years, used to fly 50 times a year before Covid.
I am wondering the possibility that they just want to have all those kind of personal information, then deny the customer for the payment.
Just be careful.
If you are denied, I recommend to change the password immediately and monitor your account closely.

Thank you for giving us feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn't buy your miles as it was flagged by the verification team. As much as the customer service team tried to get it approved by submitting your ID, the verification team was still unable to verify that you are the account holder.
We take extra security measures before purchasing an account to insure the account is not compromised in any way, so sellers can be comfortable knowing that the security of their accounts are our highest priority.

First time selling my Krisflyer miles, was very skeptic at first but they answered all my questions. After verifying my identity the funds were transferred to my PayPal account shortly. I will definitely use Sell My Miles again! Highly recommended!

Refuses to purchase without a reason!
TI tried to sell my miles to this site and they denied my application even though they would not tell me why. I have all the required info and I can prove who I am, but they denied my application and says I cannot reapply. This is not a good site if they cannot be truthful and transparent.
The reply to this was the same. They do not allow an owner to provide evidence that I own the miles they just arbitrarily decline. Not a reputable company.

An account that doesn’t pass verification will not be approved as we are here to protect the account and the account holder of these miles. We only accept evidence of accounts that pass initial verification but fail to pass the second level of verification. Although we would love to help you, the safety of your account is our priority.
