Dishonest waste of time
I experienced what felt like a bait-and-switch. After receiving a revised offer, I emailed the company to ask a simple question so I could make an informed decision. I never received a response. Instead, the company shipped my device back without my knowledge or authorization, despite their terms stating that devices are returned only if a revised offer is declined. The package was then lost in transit and unlocated for over a week by USPS. A company that does not respond to straightforward customer questions — particularly after a questionable transaction — does not inspire confidence. I retained the full email correspondence documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this. The company should review its internal processes and customer communication practices so others do not experience the same unnecessary stress and waste of time.
