Great Job!!

I was apprehensive about shipping my iPad Pro . I was kept informed of the entire process & if the offer is less , You have the opportunity to decline . The process worked quickly & seamless….. I recommend 100%.

No response after rejected offer

I seen this company online, so I decided to give them a shot. They had good payouts on their website, so I thought maybe I should try their company. I sent them my 14” MacBook Pro in mint condition and they offered me $120. I was very shock because that laptop had 2000GB and was in top condition. So I rejected their offer & the young secretary Justin who sent me a email said they would lose money to ship my laptop back to me. I told them that is not my problem send back my laptop. Still have yet to hear from them. Hopefully I can take my receipts & device information to the police department & make a stolen merchandise report. Until someone can get my laptop back, sucks when you experience a scam.

Thiefs in disguise

I had sent them a brand new iPhone 13 pro max. The device reaches their “facility” in 2 days which was a Thursday. I thought okay good they have it. I should be hearing from them today about inspecting the device. No!!! No response until the next Monday, when the tracking number clearly stated it was delivered. Not to mention I emailed them the next day(Friday)to follow up with the device, no response!!! Hmmm okay, cool they want to hold my device for a few days, mind you it’s in brand new condition. I finally get an email back the following Friday, saying the post office delivered it to the wrong address they never got it. Then immediately after that email saying hey we have the device, but we have to send it back to you due to two other phones that are in MY name but reported lost. Why not mention that during the last order with those devices? All of a sudden I have a new device that you guys WANT TO KEEP you say this but okay cool!!! Mind you nowhere on their website states anything about lost devices being brought to them but okay fair enough. They say we need you to pay for the shipping label to send your device back. I say fine sent them the label. I get no response for days, I try to call they ignore the calls purposely to avoid doing what’s right. If you ask me like the gentle before in the comments said, it’s sum young rag-tag kids running this company trying to come up on anybody they see an opportunity on. BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY, they will try to lowball you then blame you for not wanting to do business with them. You risk any devices or electronics sending to them just be aware.

It looks like the carrier made a mistake and delivered this order to the wrong address, which is why there was a delay in processing. I do see we corresponded with you multiple times via email and phone to keep you informed about this, and we processed your device as soon as we were able to recover it. After checking your order, we discovered that several devices you had sold us previously, worth about $2000, were reported lost/stolen after we paid you for them. In case you weren't aware, reporting a device lost after you sell it is insurance fraud and is a federal crime. After discovering this, we immediately contacted you to let you know that we would need to return this device to you. We're sorry you felt that not being allowed to scam us was reason to leave a bad review.

Tries to lowball your offer

Seems like a company that is on the fence about being ethical vs unethical: they made up some borderline issues that would knock my offer for the Macbook Air I was looking to sell them down from 200 to 80. I spent a lot of time professionally cleaning the laptop, wiping the data/resetting it, etc. So you can tell that they try this bogus tactic with a lot, if not nearly all, of the items they receive (Looking at other Trustpilot reviews at the 4 and 3 star level, this is a common occurrence.)
I rejected the lowball offer and told them to just send me back my macbook; there are many competitors to them out there who were willing to give me the full $200. Of course, they went silent for a few weeks.
When I remembered to email them and chase it up again, it seemed the staff member who emailed me, Colin Luna, had left the company. (Another sign that they are a ragtag crew of guys in a warehouse somewhere in Missouri just looking to lowball 3 out of 4 karens looking to sell their iphones and make money that way, and their staff come and leave very often.) Luckily, I was able to get someone else to reply, get my order finished and send me my money.
So that's why they get a 3.5 out of 5 star: Yes I got my money. But only after I had to manually chase it up. And after they tried their unethical ways to lowball me. Beware!

Smooth process

Smooth experience. I was not informed prior to shipping that the battery health needed to be above 80 percent. Since I had gone to the trouble to mail it I just took the lower offer they came back with after my phone “failed inspection”. Be aware.
The check did arrive as promised and I would use them again … after making sure I understood all the rules.
