A big thank you to Max & Michael. After speaking with various companies and feeling overwhelmed. Max my initial contact laid out various options including what he felt we would achieve on the market. This was then followed up by an in person visit from Michael and then we agreed on a price which suited both parties. No high pressure tactics used and a relaxed friendly approach which is really refreshing. Completion happened when I wanted it to and everything happened exactly as promised. If you’re wanting to sell you property quickly and are happy to take a discount for this. Please give them a try.
